This runs really bad, I haven't had a game run this bad in years and I still play most of the newer games. Most of the graphical options doesn't seem to apply (even after a restart) for example, I have horrible screen tearing due to VSync never enabling, and I've tried window mode, borderless window and fullscreen. If I put Texture quality to High I also get lots of stuttering, even though I'm on a R390 (8GB VRam) and the game is installed on a really fast SSD. I say wait a few patches before you buy it, then you'll also get base building and all that.
