The first Witcher game with a good Gamepad controlling. The german dialogs have a high quality of cinematic movies. But again, when you come from the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt first also The Witcher 2 is maybe not the right game for you. Some gameplay mechanics like the fighting style, item management etc. are very different so that it seems only The Wichter 3 is the final version of perfect gameplay. I would love it more to play when it don't crash so much. You have to save much, cause there are too many situations were you play, bing... game closed and back on desktop.... very unstable. I play with windows 10. The Wichter 3 I can play as long as I want and my graficcard is stil quiet, but with The Witcher 2 my graficcard starts to get very loud. Thats why I stay on Witcher 3 and I hope for the Future on games like Wichter 4 or Thronebreaker 2 maybe.

Thronebreaker is nothing more than a very good story expansion of Gwent, but you better buy and play it here on Gog.com. I bought it first on steam and there are some issues like no Gwent Rewardssystem support, achievments don't work and more. The Story of Thronebreaker is very good and I love that game more than the multiplayer part Gwent. Gwent sucks cause of no good balance at the moment and very frustrating matches against overpowered decks. Thronebreaker is much better than Gwent and it is just a expansion pack!

Gwent have potencial for be a very good online cardgame, but it is also on the way to do the same ballancing failures like hearthstone did and much players left there. When I look in season of bear. So much players play the overpowered Skellige Deck... Frustrating 100% Gwent needs much more Balance and it must be fast in the next time not like in a year or something...

I played The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt first on steam like 20 hours. I will buy it later again here, when it's on sale and I thought, Oh yes in the meantime I can play witcher 1 and 2. Big fail! The controlling in Witcher 1 is horrible. no Gamepad, no open world, no good explaining where to go next. After Quests where I can't find this herbs for Abigail I quit that game. you see on map where you can buy the herbs but the npc? searching the whole time and no success... What I want to say is: Don't think if you love Witcher 3, the first game is something for you too. It's like Witcher 3 is in upper class and the first Witcher game is like... oh god... no words for that... Controlling and Gameplay are so bad, it can be a great offturn... Witcher 2, I don't know yet, but what I know is: I will stay on Witcher 3! Can't wait to buy it here on sale, cause I want to play it more on gog.com for supporting the team. The Witcher 1 I don't play in the next time. maybe never again. Rarely seen such a frustrating controlling and gameplay...
