The game is good, loved the Kingmaker and I now also love the wrath of the rightous, good story although I wish there was more voice overs, Im lazy and prone to just skip text especially when playing after a long day at work and only have 2-3 hours to play, word of warring this game is quiet buggy at the moment and prone to screwing you over, would recommend the bag of tricks mod so you don't have to reload saves all the time possibly losing hours of progress to undo permanent bugged out stuff like negitive levels reducing your attack modifer permanently even after reseting or uing a restoration spell or utilty iteams vanishing from you belt into the void never to be seen again :D. the bag of tricks mod for me makes these issues more of a slight annoyance from the permanent rage quit feels,
Now this game has it's issues, stricktly performance issues but also in game has a problem here and there but it has a great story where your actions matter, good comabt, lots of weapons and armors and upgrades and if i am anything it is a loot horder :D, ---- First problem, the performance issues: the game seems to be poorly optimized with frequent frame drops and stuttering when rotating and panning the camera, this is mostly while in combat, outside of combat is generally smoother. Graphics setting: High preset (ultra just did not feel as stable as High) Hardware: - Ryzen 5 2600X - Radeon 5700 XT that being said this is a turn based CRPG so it dose not effect your combat effectiveness just the feel of the game so i don't think this point hurts the game that much. ---- Secound Problem, balance problems like Antiques Appraiser: is it just me or is that perk broken :), i would go out for a few hours, collecting random junk and guns from locations, come back to a vendor and sell all of it and make anywhere between $10,000 to $200,000 resulting in me having more money then i will every need to finish the game buying all all vendors stock of everything, ammo, guns (scrap them for parts), medpacks, deployables, etc..., it is all depending on a roll of the dice for each item but it only needs to work in your favor once and your set for the rest of the game another thing is the assuslt rifles, they are just useless mid to late game doing next to no damage, they can penetrate there armor well enough but dose no damage so whats the point, had a lot of trouble trying to find any weapon upgrades to transform the rifles to fire or cold damage, seems to be a rare weapon upgrade. ---- Story was really good and i cared about the outcomes of my actions with just a few interactions that i felt where a bit off and just bad writing. ---- Over all i had a lot of fun with this game despite the above problems and can easierly see my self doing more playthroughs
