This is on the levels of fallout new vegas difficulties at time. You turn a corner and their version of some monsters are way to powerful. Story is great so far and as someone who has never been to london. I have the used the map more than any other fallout. Plenty of deaths but it really felt good overcoming certain areas by changing strategy. All around great game. Does crash on occasion but it hasn't been too impactful. and I just save more often. Resource management is required to get through. And some fun perks.
