Boxed and GOG: two copies, you will never know, for this astounding piece of software that is Torment. Baldur's Gate struck like lighting at the time, I was D&D hard mastering, so let's imagine the impact; but nowadays (got two copies as well), while massive and fun as ever, looks a bit stiff - the Forgotten Realms maybe sort of standardized the D&D imaginarium with their own monsters, settings and classic narrative. Torment is fascinating, absorbing, puzzling and frightening as was at the time. The cliché premise (lost memory) is perfectly fitting here: the player can actually discover the twisted reality of Planescape with the awe it deserves. Best game of all time? Story, setting and pace wise, very very near to Bioshock. But what an honor, I say.
I finished Enclave on the Xbox many years ago, an impressive feat that felt like climbing a mountain. The game difficulty is not for the faint of heart: even at medium the game is very, very demanding. But the variety of scenarios, characters, weapons, the chance to replay any of the beaten levels, the evil campaign are really rewarding. Kudos to the graphics, top notch even today.
