Maybe it's the music, but as a dad who barely has any time for any substantial gaming these days, this hits just right as a low-energy comfy game. It's just chill collecting ingredients and trying to come up with new potions, then re-creating it down the line with fewer ingredients and less steps. The only negative I would say is spending time discovering a new potion right when a customer needs one, so I just cheesed it and looked up the wiki. For those who enjoy experimenting and discovery I'm sure you'll enjoy it, but for me, it's just relaxing af.
