The game runs great on low-end specs. You can expect a stable 30FPS 1440p experience on Intel i5-8250U and Intel UHD Graphics 620. If you try to run the game at 60fps, the combat mechanics are unusable. You will be unable to move around while readying your weapon, so it makes combat unbearable. The final boss battle also has issues with 60fps, so you are basically left with the option to just play at 30fps. The PC version is also missing 6 of the 14 hauntings, leaving only 8 in this version. I also recommend using XInput Plus to fix issues with controller compatibility, so you can then use the right analog stick properly.
As stated by others, using V's fix will resolve a lot of the issues with this PC port. The only issue I have so far is the lack of pressure-sensitive triggers, which can make aiming at an elevated level or peeking around corners more difficult than it should be. Also, there can be minor texture issues, but it seems to be limited to a particular angle in cutscenes, so it's nothing game-breaking by any means. This game runs at a rock-solid 60fps gameplay on a Surface Pro 6 @ 1368x912p. Settings are on High with no anti-aliasing. Cutscenes seem to fluctuate to 30fps or even lower depending on what's happening, but the gameplay has been solid. For a point of reference of any low-end gamers, the Surface Pro 6 has an Intel i5-8250U and Intel UHD Graphics 620. Definitely an awesome blast from the past at a tempting price.
