I'm not seeing any issues here...I'm running at 1080 mostly ultra settings on an I5 9600k, GTX1070 & getting 72 to 94 FPS. RE game 'lay, I haven't had any graphical glitches, no crashes. the only thing I want to change is the middle but cannot is the mouse button setting. About 34 hrs in & so far I'm happy with it.
