I started playing with mixed expectations after reading some negative reviews. A few minutes in-game and I can ignore the mouse lag which makes hitting enemies hard and some small bugs which you find in every other game too. This world! You can almost touch it! Amazing uncommon architecture in the different areas, market places, automated car rides which I don't skip just to have a moment to enjoy the scene. Then there is the story. Where Watch Dogs 2 had revealed almost the whole story and all jokes in the 2-minutes trailer, Cyberpunk did not even get started and is a constant alternation between “ohh, I see what is coming next” and “wait WHAT JUST HAPPENED???”. There are some generic jobs (get rid of gang members here and there for some creds), but there are so many unique NPC stories, sometimes connected to each other, that also make side quests feel alive.
