I love the initiative and I consider the efforts of everyone involved truly admirable, but Fallout London is HIGHLY unstable, for saying the least. The game wouldn't even start. After executing it, it immediately crashes, and the installation process is long and kinda confusing. And, though I have a somewhat low-end PC, seeing that most people is having issues with Fallout London made me realize it's the game's fault. Also, Fallout 4 itself never gave me any problems and worked it just right for almost 200 hours and with many mods. So yeah, claim it, support the FOLON team, but wait for the game to be functional.
