The game fails to launch on Windows 7; it just pops up an error message. This is because it attempts to call the Windows API CreateFile2, which was introduced in Windows 8 and does not exist in Windows 7. I've found many people complaining about this issue, going back over 8 months, yet it still hasn't been fixed. The store page for this game says that Windows 7 is supported, so it's unacceptable that the game is completely nonfunctional on that OS.
