A solid city-builder

When it comes to city-builders, this is a good one. It has the usual aspects you could expect from a survival city-builder, like managing food and water stores to survive droughts. The mechanics aren't too complex but they are well done. I also like that you can build on top of some structures. It allows you to build tall if you wish, rather than wide. A feature that some other city-builders like this one could certainly use. But for me the main draw is the water mechanics, for example building dams on existing waterways or digging your own rivers. You can really shape the terrain to your liking and create some pretty interesting looking cities.
