Finished once some of the content including main quest, may try again someday Did not try rebinding, default keyboard setup is a bit clunky The camera angle changes causing the need to change move direction made moving around difficult sometimes A simple quest log would help out It is a good short game, you have optional quests to add on time
Interesting short story, not bad to play but a few problems can make it difficult 1 - I am not a Achievement Hunter but none of the GOG Achievements seem to unlock, I know I got 1 or 2 of them but nothing happened 2 - A few times I hit a spot where I could not tell what to do without a online walkthrough 3 - Somewhere I missed one of the notes for pickup with story details 4 - 4th Chapter it gets a bit difficult to get past certain enemies since they are not where I expected and took time to get it right
Finally played, enjoyed most of it Criticisms 1 - There is supposed to be a hidden level somewhere that I cannot find and no information online about it, if you are an Achievement hunter you need to find this for a hidden GOG Achievement 2 - Certain of the gold music symbols to find are really hidden in spots you may have to take time to find 3 - The music chests only play when near them, would have been better if they played in their whole area or gave you an in game playlist to chose from Game may seem too easy to some but finishing it does make you feel better especially if other games get you down as live service games have for me lately
Thought from the demo it looked like a good Adventure game with lite RPG traits While true I did not expect the mini-games though I should have given the theme Got about halfway or just past that when certain features became too rough namely the whole timed cycles thing with the Hon Clan I tried toughing it out but had to stop, maybe sometime will try again
OK roguelike shooter but in some design details overcomplicated. Thought it would be fun with some differences from other games of its type but turns out to be too grindy. Pros 1 - Faster gameplay than similar games. 2 - Good for Solo and Duo players. 3 - Interestiong boss fight designs. Cons 1 - After unlocking certain things, there are topo many other items to unlock especially Character upgrades that are RNG dependent. 2 - All Characters with choices of special Elemental Damage can choose any, no specialty. 3 - Too many weapons available plus too many drops. Overall might play it some more one day but less inclined than other roguelike shooters.
Overall a decent teaser but lacking a bit. - Mentioned your choices have consequences but not enough to really see that happen. - No instruction on how to use stuff in inventory, only my past experience with other games of this type let me figure it out but those games gave you more early assistance in how to use inventory items. For a player new to this type of game, they will not have that knowledge so they either get lucky or have no clue.
I only played a little of it then had to stop. This is because I discovered I could not change keybindings to something more comfortable than default. I am so used to changing keybindings this is a big deal breaker for me. Could not stand this missing feature in video games for decades now. Not saying the whole game is bad but being unable to set up controls for more user cmofot, nope not for me.
