I remember back in the early 90's when Myst came along and it was considered a revolution in gaming, and in some ways it was - although I found it rather dull. I tried to like it but it never got the blood flowing. Fortunately I soon came across Return To Zork and that all changed. Maybe it's unfair to compare the two games since Zork has many more options for interactivity, more creative puzzles, people to talk to, better graphics and a great (albeit dark) sense of humor. I didn't get all of the subtle jokes as a kid but I enjoyed every minute of the game. The only thing I didn't like about this is that after PCs kept upgrading, the game wouldn't install on the new platforms so I wasn't able to play it - until now. Thanks GOG!
