Really, the "Masterpiece edition" manages to make aspects of the game worse. Imho the "original" RealMyst is a better experience. One star for the legacy of Myst (a cornerstone in gaming history), and one star for the very few things that this edition managed to improve.
Ron Gilbert, enough with the non-endings! Either seek help form associates in order to write an ending-ending, or stop making games to avoid ruining your legendary status in your field.
The biggest flaw that the original XIII had, the cliffhanger ending, is not resolved. Sad, sad, sad...
I recommend playing it with the french audio (and English subs of course), I found it more in par with the visual style. Do not expect a masterpiece, as some game design elements could be better executed, if I am to be objective. Get it on discount, and enjoy!
The price tag is ridiculous! This collection should not be over 15,00 € at its maximum... and then purchased when on discount.
