At its time this game was like AMAZING!!!!. Now? Not so much... It was impressive how they could push the PC-technology without the need for special hardware (read: Video Cards). I'm not sure if a 15-year old gamer could possibly understand what this was was really about. However, if you really want to understand the evolution of games, then take a Good Look At: Outcast!!
I enjoyed games like SimCity and Civilization but only when I found Master of Orion did I learn the true meaning of "Just one more turn". If you are a Sci-Fi fan who thinks Civilization is cool, then Master of Orion is going to blow your mind :)
