First of all, I am outright refusing to play this game/keep it installed on my device because this is a game published by Sony and their newest policy is to be able to collect your data, your choice: limited or full. There is no ability to decline. This is my biggest reason to uninstall and get a refund. The second, more technical reason, is that before even accessing the main menu, you're forced to watch this unskippable cinematic, during which I was lagging quite a bit. So even if I ran it on the lowest graphics, I doubt I would even get a good experience.
