A pretty competent city builder that makes city management a lot more involved that typical builders. It implements the fact taht after a certain point, cities become self-sustaining and thus need very little interference from the player, so it forces you to start new cities frequently. Be aware that the start of the game is slow, and may be difficult. This is by design, you need to get a couple of tech upgrades to be able to survive the higher tier difficulties.
