Loved the first one, this one doesn't dissapoint.
Only issue is sometimes the audio cuts out and sometimes it doesn't come back. haven't tried multiplayer yet. on the asthetic front I personally didn't like the foul language, I think its over the top and its the reason why some of my friends with kids won't play it because they don't want them hearing it.
A lot of fun that has many avenues that take hours to complete. My only complaints are the load times, and random crashes. I have a state of the art SSD NVME chip but takes minutes to load between areas, which is makes it unplayable. The best fix I saw was "ALT+TAB" back and forth. Don't know why it works but it does. Loads in a few seconds if I do that. Then there's random crashes, anytime, anywhere; during a load screen, going to use a terminal, walking around the world. It sucks to have to replay around 10 - 15 minutes of play when that happens. Other than all that, great game, love it, I like it better than 3, but there is some jankiness when you can build buildings floating the in sky and the sentry bot is useless unless its outside or just protecting a settlement.
It's fun to play, and entertaining. toughest thing is getting to the end of the level segment to the next re-spawn. Expect to die many many times until you've memorized every square inch of the board, know where all the buff-ups are(you'll need them), and know every bad guy coming up. All in all, it's a very fun Arcade type game.
