This aspires to be a dystopian near eastern banner saga but fails to equal the saga in every respect. The battles are adequate they offer nothing new and are not particularly challenging (I never lost a battle). The story is rubbish, it so trope heavy and dull I think you will be amazed that half of the dev team were writers. The setting is poorly used and it feels that the inspiration came simply from a holiday to the region than ever digging into the potential of the setting. The art is probably the best thing about it and yet in is totally uninspired compared to the vast majority of its contemporaries in the genre. Frankly its not very good – Play Banner Saga or if you want a similar setting play to Lands Unknown in Battle of Wesnoth
