This a a neat kinda prto-RTS game / city-builder, but it unfortunately moves at a snail's pace compared to modern games. It feels like the emulation (this launched with DOSBOX) is not quite right... Maybe if someone pached in a gamespeed control, if the are some emulation settings I'm not seeing, but as-is I would have a hard time recommending it to a new player today.
