Very good game

Thank you GOG, I have wanted to replay this game for a very long time! The game is very atmospheric. Visuals and audio are really good. Overall it gives a vibe of Resident Evil clone. But unlike RE there is no inventory management, just shoot them up. The ship sequence is very unique, the way waves are rocking it left and right. It's not very long and on Normal difficulty it's really easy to play and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended and again thank you GOG !!!

Pretty good

It brings good old DoW with a bit newer coat of paint, so to speak. But my biggest reason to buy it is that they have merged DoW campaigns into one game and had 30% discount since I own Anniversary edition. No LAN option... :(

It's just bad

It's just bad, very much undercooked release in all aspects. This game came out 2 years after Halo CE, so it's not about it being old. It's just undercooked one, I've read that on consoles it's a bit better. But this on on PC is rough, rough to enjoy.

Really good

Although visuals are old and looks dated in may aspects. The game play loop is pretty good. Not ideal as it's a bit janky plus camera control is weird. However you get a plenty, easy to do missions. With ability as you progress to learn more fighting styles or change a saber. Sadly campaign is a one way trip, keep your saves if you want to reply some missions. Otherwise there is no option to replay missions.

Pretty good and unique experience

A unique approach to leading men. Overall it's fun with good idea and execution of being fully depended on getting radio reports from the field. Being forced to place markers on the map so that you know where is who, depending on reports. One thing that could use improvement is the area of allowing faster speed of speech. After a while, I've started hitting skip all the time. Not allowing speech to finish, since I was using text log to quickly get info than listening to speech to end. Felt kinda like cheating and killing immerison. But with listening to same text speech get stale. There is no difference in voice acting. As in nothing happening or being underfire the voice acting delivers identical calm speech.

Pretty cool

Build a ship, gather resources, defend against spores and raiders. Overall a pretty good survival/rogue like game. Lots of to be desired as it looks like simple desing in many areas, however for what it does it's good.

Good but with many flaws

Overall the setting, the vibe, the atmosphere is true to Stalker universe. Visuals are really, really good. But game is not fully ready. This is mainly seen with game's poor optimization and A-life 2.0 being no existent. Game requires a serius optimzation work. A-life is not there, enemy just spawns behind you ~50 meters away. You clear the area of some enemies, you start looting, the game spawns them again, you kill them and again game spawns them after a few minutes. Same as cops were in Cyberpunk 2077, you turn away and AI spawns behind you... If they continue working on the game, then optimization will be improved over the time. But for A-Life 2.0 part, it requires a serious work on it. AI seems like a placehoder here. As of writing this. The game is more raw than ready. Needs much more work.
