It's a fun game, but lacks a certain energy that fallout 3, oblivion, Skyrim, etc present to you and maintain. It's a little lacklustre in the same way fallout Vegas was ( there was a bit of asset swapping in that game methinks ) . So for me, I only played it because it came with game pass. I would have been a tad dissatisfied if I had paid actual cash for it. This brings me to the cost of the game and the cost of the DLC. It's really expensive for what is a bit of a vanilla experience. I really hope Outer world's 2 rocks my world and I wish the Devs all the best . I hope they don't take this feedback personally.

Another of the "Build Engine" games, Shadow Warrior was wickedly tough but rewarded you with fun levels, a lewd sense of humour and some awesomely violent fights. I never realised there were actually two mission packs made available for this, as when it came out, many PC games had a notoriously low release rate in the UK. Another example of that were the two mission packs for Blood, one of which I mail ordered from Monolith Software as it was simply un-available in the UK. Shadow Warrior is a great release and one you should purchase NOW if you liked Duke Nukem, and the vastly superior Blood.
