I wouldn't say it's completely mindless, but it sure isn't the same as Half life 2 or Bioshock. This is just pure action with a wide variety of weird weapons, enemies and locales. For 10 bucks you SHOULD get this game. If I didn't already own it, I'd buy it here for sure.
