Fallout is good. Fallout 2 better. Fallout tactics is best.
The game blows. I wouldn't recommend it however I played it a shit ton when I was a kid so it has nostalgic value for me. I'd recommend Age of Wonderers. It has the same style but a lot better, or Magic and Mayham.
