I bought this expecting the standard that GOG usually sets with re-releases of games like this. I was expecting widescreen support out-of-the-box for new PCs. Sure, it boots and runs fine, but I had to manually tweak the ini files and replace the .exe in order to get widescreen resolutions, a higher FOV, and a hack that makes the weapon visible on higher FOVs. This tweak doesn't work for Holodeck unfortunately. (I referred to WSGF dot com for those curious about the widescreen tweaks). It plays exactly as it would have if I just used my existing discs to play it, with no QOL improvements whatsoever, which is very disappointing.
