Big Pharma has a cool concept and would be a great game if it was even a tiny bit fun. Alas, it seems the devs forgot that games were supposed to be fun and this game isn't any fun at all. It's really well made and has a high level of polish for a game in that price range but it doesn't matter as you are probably going to get bored after a few hours. It's not realistic and it's not fun either, i'd say it's a missed opportunity. If the game took clues from Theme Hospital, for instance, it would have been a great game. tl;dr : it's well made but not very fun and you will probably end up uninstalling it after a few days.
