Druidstone: The Secret of the Menhir Forest

Warning to anyone wanting to buy it.

The game feels great, but it have some major red flags. 1: If you don't like being rushed, just skip this game entirely. In most scenarios you will be forced to rush. 2: Play using a no-break. If your pc shuts down/reboot/turnoff for any reason, you lose everything you played in the active scenario; even if you "saved and exited" the game to create a save point. 3: The game has level ups and things to buy, but farming past scenarios is highly penalized. Too many people say the game is like this or it would be too easy/unbalanced yada yada. No matter the argument, these people forgot this is an offline single player game and none should be dictated on how to have fun. It would hurt none that is already having fun to have the OPTION to save the game properly, have a zero-rush mode on easy and let you farm early levels if you want to get better before progress.

Scarlet Hood and the Wicked Wood

Simple and Fun

I found Scarlet Hood a great game; mostly recommended for people that used to play hours without end and now have limited time. If this game was shorter, it would be too short, if it was longer would be too repeating. It's a side scrolling, story telling, exploration/puzzle fun game. It's art is also top work.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous - Mythic Edition

A very unbalanced BG-like game

Sadly I got this game thinking I was about to engage a worthy sucessor of the BG series (like Pillars of Eternity), but I ended up very disapointed. The story is cool, the chars are great, you get a lot of things to explore but all of this gets wasted because the numbers in this game are completelly unbalanced. Most of the cases either you one shot everything or you party get one shotted; from early-mid game the powercreep skyrocket and you end up with god like stats. If you are expecting a hack-n-slash mixed with classic BG combat style, this game is for you, but be aware you may feel like you are dealing with Diablo-like numbers instead of BG-like numbers. If you are more a fan of the traditional non-powercreeped game ramp, run for you life and go play the Pillars of Eternity series instead. If I could I would ask for a refund on this game.
