I don't know why HunieDev felt the need to make the game threesome focused, but I'm fairly confident in saying that it's this games downfall. Threesomes are way too contrived to base the whole game round without loosing its soul which made the original Huniepop the surprise hit that brought adult-themed games out of the basement.
