What can I say? I did like the minimalistic gameplay based on decision making, it created a very focused experience. The writing in itself was good and I did like that it was possible to uncover a twist to everything, even if I found the twist itself to be a bit uncreative.

While I think the gameplay in and of itself is mediocre, neither bad nor good, the way it is utilised to support the narrative and the differen character arcs is just excellent! Additionally I really appreciated the overall message of the game, particularly in regards to how valuable another persons perspective can be. Even the clunky combat serves the narrative! The visuals are rather artistic and I deeply enjoyed this "late-night" atmosphere this game had.

While I think the reboot lost a lot of the oldschool fantasy charme of the original Might and Magic universe, it can still stand on it's own due to an interesting and cool fantasy worldbuilding of it's own. I particularly like some twists to factions which have been traditionally handled as one-dimensionally evil in fantasy fiction like the undead or the orcs. The story is decent but a bit basic in the base game, with the addon Hammers of Fate however it really starts to get traction and I found the conclusion in "Tribes of the East" pretty good.

I just finished it a few minutes ago and I'm just amazed at how well this game pulled off the "Be Robocop" fantasy, both in terms of gameplay and writing. I particularly liked that it managed well, like the original movies, to combine action, humour and serious topics into an entertaining action flick. Be it the Robocop vision highlighting enemies, the iconic pistol to be upgradeable, the criticism towards capitalism in the form of OCP, or even the thematization of both mental health/trauma through what happened to Alex Murphy and also the topic of identity and the right/importance of self-identification through his storyline as well. Additionally the art design is so extremely faithful towards both the movies and the era the movies came out, it's wonderful!

I finished the main story in under 5 hours, so it's a rather short game, nonetheless it felt satisfying. I particularly liked the art design, the gameplay flow and the main protagonist, Faith, was really likeable and rather human. The dystopian aspects of the story are relatively vague, but with that I think they're timeless and more relevant than ever in nowadays times.
