Some of the positive reviews are outdated, if only because the game now has Voice Acting, which in my experience was good. Some reviews seem to bash Tara for sounding 'male' or having a trans VA, but if you really don't like it that much you can disable Voice Acting. When the game first released it didn't have voice acting, so it's not like it was designed from the ground up to be experienced that way. You can also slow down text if you can't catch up, something that some people seemed to miss, perhaps deliberately so. Personally I found the 'auto' speed to be fine and the story has been really nice! I don't really play VNs and was concerned with the 'Yuri' tag but, honestly, the story is good and the game gave me a good first impression of VNs. The adult scenes aren't really something to comment about since there aren't that many in it and certainly not to the point where it feels like borderline porn. I enjoyed the story and it really is a great VN if you just want to get caught up in the story and watch as events happen without much input, however the way choices are implemented is questionable, as other reviews have mentioned, although there are multiple save slots and if you don't like the ending you can load back to the choices and skip the parts you know about already. Overall, very pleased with the story and happy that other people think the same, but disappointing that people are leaving irrelevant reviews about things they can change or that are just plain stupid so that they can review bomb the game.
