Yes it is early access. The mostly shows in missing features and upgrades. Sometimes in glitches like once I had a felled tree becoming 5 times as large and sometimes when more militia join a unit it starts walking backward until it is complete. But apart from that this game is just awesome! You can completely min/max your town in multiple ways like efficiency, revenue, inhabitants. But you can also just create a beautiful town that works. Best of all if you want, with little effort, you can combine both. I haven't made it to the top tear town yet, but have enjoyed myself thoroughly so far. Can't wait for development to continue!
