The Eternal Die is a very nice looking, and very well optimized, isometric roguelite Action-RPG in the same vein as the celebrated Hades. The controls are tight, the atmosphere is great it is tightly designed and there are some very nice post-game variables for extra challenge, which makes for a very addictive game. Why four stars? Well, for one, it is very good but I'd like more. More cards, more abilities, more stages, more bosses, more of everything. And second. Well... it's not the game I'd expect for a sequel to Lost in Random. Personally, I'd prefer another fantastical 3D adventure

Even after all these years, Arkham Asylum stands as strong as when it first came out. The free-flow combat, the atmosphere, the way the world and the characters themselves are fleshed out, all the easter eggs and references to comics and the mythos. PhysX support may be iffy nowadays and the various gameplay and original ideas systems were further improved in later games, but Arkham Asylum is a gem any way you look at it
