I loved playing this game but I hated that it wouldn't let me play it my way. If you stray from the route the developers obviously set you will run out of money and lose every time. If they'd left things more open so people could play how they like it would be a much better game. Once I knew what they wanted (after a google search) I was able to start over and enjoy the game but the game being so very much on rails took a lot away from an otherwise very enjoyable game.
