The game is not short, there is balance, and you will need to care about tactics - and about your ammo, which you will find and craft. I did not face a single bug in my 10+ hours of play. Now, about the cons—at a later stage of the game, some enemies of a "summoner" type will spawn annoying tiny monsters that will make fights much longer and... annoying. Really annoying, repetitive and unnecessarily long. I would also prefer to see more "personal", unique character skills.

It's an arcade - funny and insane. You are playing as an autapomorphic cat on a skateboard, slicing zombie unicorns. I'm not sure what to add to this description. There is a story, there are no bugs (at least did not face a single one in a few hours of gameplay), and nice voiceover (but not from a cat - it's usually just "meow"). Have fun.

I was afraid that the story and setting would be too pushy, focusing on national movement, etc. But the game allows you to make decisions, to choose who are you and what your motivations are - and all of them are logical. Characters are interesting and not "flat". I hope to see a sequel one day.

The story is good, game mechanics are clunky but ok-ish. Authors understand WH:40k lore/universe on a good level, it's grimdark, brutal, etc. But the game in its current state is barely playable - one time my save failed and became corrupted after a certain battle (i started a new game), now some quests are stuck (and it's a common issue) and it could be fixed only with mods. Overall, I can recommend this game (I gave it one more star in advance), but be ready for many bugs in skills, quests, etc. Especially in the late game (it looks like it was barely tested).

- New story with a spirit of an "Escape from New York". - General gameplay improvements with a relic skill tree. - New gigs where it is hard to make a choice I would say that this DLC and patch 2.0 show us - how this game was planned to be played, and I like it very much.

If you like games like "The wolf among us" - you will also probably like this one. It's like reading a comic and listening to an audiobook simultaneously. Characters are "alive" and have their own personality. The gameplay is relaxing and the story is decent.

I'm not a ds/souls-like fan but completed a few games in that style. I would say that overall it's a good stylish game, with good lore (especially if you have some knowledge about the Great French Revolution), great attention to armor/weapon details, and good animations. Why did I not like the game in the beginning? If you did not spend a lot of time in the original DS - weapon stats correlation and character stats would not be obvious, poorly explained and the very first boss would be a nightmare. But later on, you will be able to create your own build, preferable weapon, playstyle, and so on - and while the game would still be hard and require your full attention - it would be "your" game.
