runs great, looks good with resolution options and anti aliasing and texture filtering, definitely feels snappy
now i owned this game on steam, ps3, ps3 legendary, steam again(se) ps4, anniversary edition ps4, anniversary edition steam, and now gog.
this game was a mess, now after the comback and the dlc its a piece of art. my rtx 4070 12gb and ryzen 5 5600x and 32gb 3600 mhz ram combo run this game pretty well, even with ray tracing at 4k (performance dlss preset). absolutely gorgeous game. easy to get sucked in and lose yourself. the story is engaging and its kinda cool that you never see yourself in 3rd person. some of the themes are kind of intense and made me give it a break. but i finally beat it and i love it. the action is great, the driving is fun. the city feels vibrant and full.
