I haven't read the story, but when I saw that there is a game about it I wanted really to experience it before put my hands on the original text. It's really a thing, the art, the voice acting, the text, I think is really hard for that a game with 30 years old to have this much impact and to preserve a solid narrative like this one. Is really a must to live experience. I want to say that obviously it is an GoG, as an old game I recommend to look for some guide, but only when you have tried everything in your possibilities to advance in the stories, as a practice of patience.

Being a Dungeon master for quite the years now, and played a lot of RPGS, no other game has the quality and feel like baldur's gate 3, is like playng a D&D campaign, is really surprising the amount of options and things you can do to solve the quests, every character feels deep and alive, i really really recommend it.
