First off if you use buffout you need to remove bakascrapheap from f4se folder and enable memory management in buffout. You can't have two memory managers. Secondly the recommended mods must support DLC. Set shadow distance to medium not sure if its AMD issue but it basically fixed the games performance. That is all I had to do to fix the crashes and I am on LINUX. Arch btw. Additional mods that helped me. 21:9 mod fixes scopes (good luck selecting the right config you'll have to work on your TROUBLESHOOTING skills), high fps physx, load time fix.
