When you purchase the Enchanced Edition, a normal copy of PS:T should appear in your library, even though Beamdog removed it from the store. There you can go to extras and get the soundtrack of the game in .mp3 for free. There's really no reason to purchase this, unless you want the soundtrack in .flac, and I don't think 10$ is a fair price to pay for that.
