Wasteland 3 has faction based questlines which it fully leans into. Each faction you encounter even briefly all have unique characters, settings, and unique models/attacks. Deciding who to get along with and who to antagonize is a blast. I held off on buying it for a long time because I figured it would have C-rpg combat. If you're in that boat as well. Good news. The game's combat is much much more akin to XCOM, with modifications to fit the genre. It's clean to use, functions extremely well with the level/perk system, and has great momentum to it. Fights start and end. They don't overstay their welcome. Just a great game. Check it out pleeeaaase
