What an amazing piece of software art. I had sky-high expectations for this game, craving it since the day I saw the very first announcement / trailer what felt like 777 years ago, and, oh, was it worth the wait. From a visual, tactile, audible, story-telling, role-playing standpoint Cyberpunk 2077 is the most intriguing, engulfing gaming experience I've personally ever had. The world CPR built is so huge and open; there's nothing you can't climb or do, there are no invisible walls I've bumped into that made me feel like "Come on, I SHOULD be able to go there / do that!", and so freaking much to explore. After starting the first round the moment I could log in and just rushing through the main story I've restarted it and now I'm taking my time, exploring, learning, building street cred. Guys, the sheer amount of side-quests you can discover is mind-boggling. And Night City's atmosphere... The city is like a living, breathing, sweating, shivering, grimy, gorgeous beast. Everything feels alive, pulsating. I'm just happy. There are a few things I hope getting updated some day, like the ability to use your bd console and computer at home, more personal contacts you can build and chat to / interact with (and mayyybe one day a Shadowrun(esque) update / option). But that doesn't diminish any of the things the game can do and is. This game is a super solid base for everything that may be added to it, but it's a great thing to experience just as it. 5 stars, chummer.
