You already know the game is great, everyone told you for the past year and a half. Why are you still reading this? Buy the game and start playing.
I for real can't play any other digital card game (like Magic, Yugioh, runeterra etc), this game is just way more fun for me. Beautiful card arts, free2play friendly and fun and divere decks and mechanics to play. It will not get more expansions and updates but I keep playing it even knowing that.
Don't listen to people telling you that the game is unplayeable. It's a very good product, flawed on release as every AAA game, probably incomplete until a couple of free DLC or a expansion drops, but the game is still good. You got tones of hours of gamepla, a very well written narrative and good characters to interact on a cool universe with stunning visual and good voice acting and music. Played +50 hours, completed the main story, some important sidequest and restarted the game after that: still haven't found a single major bug, only stupid things like an object floating every now and then, some glitchy npc and those kind of bugs, but nothing major like a mission blocked preventing you from advance. Performance? I play on a laptop with a rtx2070 (lower performance than the real gpu), everything on Ultra with default settings without ray tracing, 45-55 fps stable, never dropped under it. At times the city feels kind of empty, you cannot interact with 90% of what you see. The driving is awful, the double tap dash on keyboard controls is awful (but can be revamped manually) and it lacks customization after the character creation, but even with that noone can deny that the game is still very good. Want a scale? I'd say a 8'5/10 on its current state. Played everything with mouse and keyboard except the driving, for which I played with an xbox360 controller. Completely recommended if you are interested on a RPG with a Mafia style story on a futuristic setting. And the game is only going to improve with time
