This expansion adds many lore which are also tools to tweak your politics. So much that it feels almost a different game and you may regreat the vanilia game. However I think it's nostalgia about a more simple game and if you try it back you'll feel the game is no longer complete without the add-on. With all these added small tools, it's both easier and more complex to play, and the dev is listening for your feelings about the balance. I hesitated giving 4 or 5 stars for this expansion, but even without it with the patches the vanilia game is now 5 stars for me and I had given only 4 at release and can't change it...
That's it, this is not an RPG game.
