The gameplay is not getting all the way there. But it's ok and enjoyable. BUT, the game still contains game breaking bugs. I just had my save borked/soft-locked because an elevator got stuck and wouldn't move. This is well known bug and you can play till you are sure that it won't soft-lock. But I were tired and had to go to bed, wich ended with my save getting borked. The developers seems to have abandoned the game, there hasn't been an update for one and a half year. I won't touch this again until it have been patched.
Even though I played the first game maybe three years ago, I did start to get slightly bored half way through. It felt like it was a lot of the same over and over. Don't get me wrong, it's a really good game and I do recommend it. But I simply just got a tad bored with it. If it wasn't for that, I'de actually give it 5 stars. Also, I didn't have a single crash wich some people mention. The only problem I had was a few slowloading textures on characters.
Took me some time before I bought this, but turned out to be a really good game.
I really liked the world and atmosphere of this game. A wierd world to explore. Is this hell, another dimension, another planet, who knows, and who or what are your character? It makes me want more of this. I want to know more about the world and the character. Wich is a good thing. But, at the same time, the game feels a bit lacking when it comes to choices. Overall, buy the game if you want an interesting hellish world to explorer.
