You only get a precurser world maybe 5-10% of the time for habitual planets. This adds a little bit to the game in a good way.
Worth it.
Do NOT get this piece of crap! It forces you to make a government in the first 5 minutes of the game that limits you to only 4 colonies for 26 turns. TOTALLY not worth it
