Not a particularly difficult game, but a lot of fun since every turn feels like a puzzle. Fun setting with servicable story and characters. The game has a few mechanics that sets it apart. 1. Bravado: Killing a target refunds you AP, so very aggressive playstyle is rewarded or needed. Often I set uo a number of kills and then clean up with one character which is very unique. 2. No XP or levels: Each character has a set of skills unlocked by poker hands created by cards you find along the way. So you can spread out your cards, or give it all to one character. Can change them at any time, very versitale system. 3. Great unique abilities for every character allowing different approaches and playstles. Pro Tip: Look up the location for the Joker Cards, they are WAY too obscure.
One of my favorite card ames I ever played. Very genrous with resources to buy cards easily. Great art and voicelines. Amazing music. The games are very strategic as it takes place over three rounds, so you can strategically pass or bleed out cards from your oppoent as a strategy. There are lots to consider besides slamming down cards
