I have played X games in the past, but totally didnt know what to do. This X game has a very good tutorial that helps you to get the hang of the game. After that, its loads of fun. You can do whatever you want. Trade, mine, be a pirate, design and build space stations, become a commander of a fleet of ships and give them orders. I think this is currently the best space sim game simulator out there. Its realistic and fun to do while not being that difficult to get the hang of it. If you like want to aim for the stars, then this is your game to go for! 5 out 5 stars!
Dungeon Siege 1 runs perfectly fine on modern systems. Game runs in a 4:3 screen ratio on a wide screen monitor. So you have black bars on the side of the screen. And your game image is not stretched. I prefer to play old games like this. It works right away like this after installing the game. No additional steps needed. Dungeon Siege 2 runs also perfectly fine on modern systems. Sadly the game stretches the screen from 4:3 to widescreen. So the game image is streched. I havent found a way yet to turn it to 4:3 aspect ratio. If i do, i will update this review. Besides the screen, the game runs perfectly fine after installation without any extre steps. Dungeons Siege 3 Is a modern game, so it runs as intended on modern systems. 4 out 5 stars! Games run without any problems on Modern systems. Only issue is with the Dungeon Siege 2 screen ratio.
You like Warhammer? You like strategy games? You like older games? Then this is a BUY, BUY, BUY for you! Plays great in 4:3 aspect ratio ( use ingame resolution settings).
This game works perfectly. Ofcourse there is no wide screen resolution with this game. But you can pick a 4:3 resolution so you have black bars at the side of you screen. It plays perfectly that way, without any stretched textures. This package contains all the 3 other expansion packs. I read that many people are angry because there is no multiplayer functionality. I havent tested that yet, so i cant say. But if you love warhammer 40K, strategy, and old games, then this is a MUST buy! 5/5 i do recommend.
I bought the game and i was happy to have a good time. Installed it, but i couldnt run it on my system. The game boots up but crashes right away. Not even a EA logo or anything i see. I started looking in the reviews for a possible solution. I did see that i needed a Origins account. Sorry, but thats not the way things work here on GOG. So 1 star and i dont recommend buy this game.
