I played Pathfinder Kingmaker for 100 hours or so and then stopped. The tactical game was fun and for a while the strategic kingdom management was as well, a great sink for all those gold pieces. Then it all got a little stale Owlcat have clearly learnt their lessons with this game. The tactical combat is much improved, removing the need to buff before combat and heal after is an absolutely genius move. The strategic game is improved too. Voidship combat is something I enjoy and colony management, whilst not perfect, is an improvement and not energy and enjoyment sapping as kingdom management was. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes CRPGs. What I've seen of the 2 DLCs is also great, they broaden the main game rather than add new campaigns. Another smart move.

Fantastic superhero game. Pretty camp as you can see in the screenies, definitely more Adam West-era than Dark Knight. I love that the Captain America analogue, Minuteman, has the catch phrase "Might makes right!" as he whacks people. This is my third time playing through this game now. That's some longevity. Edit: Dropped a star as I have to switch between launching via GOG client and Start Menu shortcut. Sometimes one or the other doesn't work. Weird.
