If you like oldschool isometric cRPG - you should try it. The main plot is really interesting, character creation is well known from D&D games, and the greatest advantages - rellations between characters. The idea of running your stronghold and dealing with everyday strugle is great.
I must admit it took me some time to find pleasure playing this game. But after some time I've experienced moderate plot in very detailed world. There is a lot of text to read but it creates the aura of living under the Dome. The concept of mixing together Fallout with the STALKER is really amazing. Easter eggs are really funny and nostalgic. The great advantage of this game is equipment, the weapons, the armours and the process of creating and upgrading your gear. I understand that some people don't like this game - it is really oldschool idea, but if you have a time to find a true gem - try Encased.
Great idea, promissing description and... Total disapointment. This really low quality Fallout 1 & 2 with better graphics however: 1) Lack of humour 2) Poor mechanics 3) Poor idea for the main story Conclusion: This is really bad title which is not worth any money. Don't buy it.
