This game is clearly not finished; It's a shame that the game was overhyped as it was, management saw $$ and they ran with it. There seem to be shareholder meeting notes floating around with the Joint CEO stating that after 3 delays management decided to push what it had rather than delaying it for how long it needed to be to fulfil the descriptions they gave for the content. I have poured around 30 hours on a fairly new CPU but on GTX 970 I can barely get 60 FPS on low-medium @1080p. While I didn't get the crashes that people were getting, it was quite clear I had to use the save button rapidly as I never knew what would bug, I ran into certain issues ranging from where I straight could not complete a side mission because a car was wedged into the ground making it impossible for me to jump in to not being able to do anything due to the game thinking I was still in a vehicle when I was getting shot to smithereens.
